Yesterday, I took the metro into DC to have dinner with Jason and his girlfriend. Jason is from Louisiana so we always take a second to discuss recent events of Louisiana: friends getting married, friends that are pregnant, friends that moved, and politics. We ended up talking about David Vitter and what a mess Louisiana puts themselves in.

Flash forward to today after I went to a few museums and am waiting for the yellow line back to Alexandria (where the condo is) and who is standing right there next to me waiting for the metro as well? David Vitter! I kept “looking around” to see if it really was him (yup, it was) and to see if anyone else was noticing. We ended up riding the same metro car.

My plan was to talk to him, get a picture with him, and then post it on here with the caption “Just slept with this guy”, but alas, he got off before I did. (Please absorb that pun.)

Also there was a baby in a stroller on the same car as us - the diaper joke was making itself right before my eyes.
