Scabs
Sometimes when you have a small cut and a scab forms, the scab is way too elevated off the skin and is more like a pile of scabs.
I don’t feel bad about picking them, because it’s like “C’mon body, I think we can make a better scab than that.”
(I google image searched for a scab picture and now I’m not hungry for lunch.)
