Busting all of the sugar.
I got the results from my bloodwork the other day, and my cholesterol was high. (Was also high last year which I chose to ignore). My doctor wants me to go on the Sugar Busters diet and then she’ll check my levels again in 2 months. A few thoughts on this:

Healthy morning
Went in for my annual physical and pap smear. Because I was having blood work done for the physical that meant I had to fast for 12 hours prior (no breakfast). I read an interview with Khloe Kardash - she said she puts Vaseline on her feet and then socks on before bed and it’s her cheapest beauty regimen.
