Sad movies
I went to see My Sister’s Keeper with Rhonda this weekend. This is what I envisioned in my head - Rhonda crying like a ninny baby, and me thinking she’s a p word. What actually happened - I cried like a bitch and she has no heart (aka didn’t cry).
So I just put Marley & Me on my Netflix. This is my chance to redeem myself.

Not only am I a bad listener
… but I am also a horrible reader. I escalated a defect to my boss today and I got a reply back from him that said “Hey, I found out yesterday there may be a very feasible workaround. Let me see how soon I can get it to you.” But I read the last part as “Let me know how soon I can get it to you.”
Then I sat here for about 5 minutes staring blankly at the screen...

8 Hour Drive Home

I had a random urge to clip my toenails while laying in bed last night, so I got up, turned the light on, clipped away, then noticed that there was a scorpion on the wall by my bed - less than a foot away from where my head had been resting. Ok it was a baby one and tiny, but still.
